You're not short of ideas.
You know you need a better onboarding process. You've been meaning to set up that automation for months. You've got the tools, you're just not sure how to connect them, configure them, or make them actually work the way you need.
So it stays on the to-do list.
And the week passes.
And you let it slip. Again.
This session is for the business owner who's done with putting up with mediocre and is ready to move.

This is a focused, working session.
In 60 minutes, we take a specific system, tech, or automation challenge and work through it together, properly, with your actual tools, your actual processes, and your actual business in mind.
We might:
Map out or even build an automation flow you've been putting off
Work through which tools you need (and which you don't)
Untangle a process that's currently living in your head and get it documented
Sort out why a system isn't doing what you need it to do
Plan out a client onboarding or offboarding workflow from scratch
This isn't theory. It's a proper working session and we're in it together

You come with one specific thing you want to crack.
For example:
An automation you want to set up but don't know where to start
A process that needs mapping before you can hand it to anyone else
Tech that's not behaving the way you want it to
A CRM or platform you're paying for but not using properly
Figuring out whether (and how) AI fits into a specific part of your workflow
Building out a lead follow-up or nurture sequence that actually runs itself
Getting clarity on which tools to keep, ditch, or connect
Having my expert eyes check over something you've built yourself, just for reassurance
The one rule: come with something specific. Not a vague "sort my systems out" but one concrete problem you're ready to work on.
In our 60 minutes together, we will:
Get clear on exactly what we're solving (and cut straight to it)
Work through the problem practically — with your tools in front of us if needed
Make decisions in real time, not after the fact
Build, plan, or document as we go — depending on what serves you best
End with something you can take action on immediately

Every Power Hour ends with something concrete.
Depending on what we work on, that might be:
A documented process ready to handover to a team member
An automation flow mapped out and ready to build (or already built)
A clear decision about your tech stack with a simple next step
A client workflow that's structured, consistent, and finally off your plate
You won't leave with homework and good intentions. You'll leave with progress.
Have a specific systems or tech problem they're ready to solve
Want to actually make progress, not just talk about it
Are willing to show up with their tools, their process, and their honest situation
Know their business would run better with better systems — and are ready to act on that
Are expecting me to do it all, this is a co-working session. We'll tackle it together using my expertise.
You want a full overhaul of your business in 60 minutes
You don't have a specific problem in mind — if you're not sure where to start, we'd need to figure that out first before diving in
A short pre-call questionnaire so we hit the ground running
60 minutes on Zoom (or in person if preferred)
One specific system, tech or automation challenge tackled properly
A follow-up summary of what we covered and your next steps

I'm Ruth Dietrich, a Business Systems and Automation Strategist and Certified Online Business Manager who helps female founders with service-based businesses simplify how their business actually runs.
I specialise in identifying the operational issues that quietly drain time and headspace then cutting through the noise to find practical, proportionate solutions. I like to keep things simple yet effective where possible, no unnecessary tools, just clear thinking and systems that actually work for your business.
This session is where that expertise gets applied directly to your problem - in real time, in one focused hour.

No, not necessarily. We can use the session to plan out what you need, or to work within what you already have. Come as you are.
It depends on what your situation is. If I can log into your tech I may be able to implement the fix on the call or I may be able to instruct you through how to do it yourself (that way you'll learn how to fix it again the next time). If you are just after advice then we can have a chat.
No. This session focuses on one specific issue. If you want a full audit, that’s a separate service.
Very little.
You’ll be asked to complete a short form so we can hit the ground running. Come with your questions and that’s enough to make the session valuable.
This is another great use of this session.
In some cases, the answer is yes. In others, the issue needs simplifying before adding anything new. The goal is to avoid unnecessary tools and make a sensible decision.
No.
There’s no pitching during the call. If it’s clear that deeper support would be helpful, I’ll outline the options after the call so you can decide in your own time.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:
- a short summary of what we covered during the power hour
- and clear next steps
We'll hopefully have solved your issue during the power hour however you can use these to take further action yourself or decide whether you want more insight or support.
The session is intentionally time-boxed to stay focused.
If there’s more to explore, that’s usually a sign that a wider audit or deeper piece of work would be more appropriate and we can talk about that afterwards.
That’s completely fine.
Many people book this session purely for clarity. You’re under no obligation to continue beyond it.
Yes. Some clients use these regularly to tackle one specific thing at a time, rather than trying to solve everything at once. Others use it as a way to trial working together before exploring ongoing support. Each session is booked separately, so you can space them out however works best for you.
If there's a system, tool, or automation that's been sitting on your list, and you're ready to actually sort it, this is where we do that.
* I will try my best to give you a solution within the hour, however this depends on the complexity of your issue. More complex issues may take longer which may require additional time. Additional time is optional, subject to availability, and will be charged as extra to the call.
